  • ​We provide 24x7 emergency phone services as well as telephone, online and email reporting for regular maintenance issues. Our telephone will always be answered.

  • Financial planning and budgeting of Service Charges.

  • Collection of Service Charges.

  • Arranging cost-effective buildings insurance.

  • Managing the bank accounts and all payment of invoices. 

  • Continual book-keeping for your company accounts.

  • Liaising with accountants to prepare your annual reports (additional professional fees apply).

  • Quarterly reports for Directors to ensure visibility of accounts.

  • Project Management of major maintenance or building works (additional professional fees apply).

  • Debt collection.


  • Management of shared services such as water,  electricity, central cable TV, etc.

  • Continuous consultation with residents and leaseholders. 


  • Regular Directors meetings, or calls, whichever is more convenient.

  • We arrange your Annual General Meeting - including sending out notices, running the meeting for you and sending out the minutes.

  • Administrative management of the Residents' Management Company, including audits and annual returns

  • Completing all Company Secretarial duties to ensure all legal considerations are taken care of.  This includes filing the annual confirmation statements, maintenance of the register of members and filing of the accounts etc.

  • Liaise with the freeholder on behalf of the Residents' Management Company.

  • Enforcement of lease provisions.
