They just would not get the message - Managing Agent refuses to go.

We helped leaseholders to get rid of the bad penny.

Residents were deeply unhappy with poor service of their Managing Agent, but the agent refused to acknowledge any fault and refused to allow leaseholders to appoint a new agent. Whilst this should not be possible, it is unfortunately a common problem as rogue agents often hold the residents' funds to "ransom".


We advised the leaseholders to work with the building owners to force the agent out, but unfortunately they were not willing to get involved (another common problem).

We established three Right To Manage companies, one for each block, to seize power from the agents and the freeholders, then we recovered the residents' funds from the old agent through the Courts.
